Upper shock mount repair
A broken shock
mount has meant the end-of-the-line for a CT70/Dax
frame...until now. Our replacement mount is precision machined
and has more than twice the diameter of the OEM
mount. We've added grade 12.9 socket-head bolts, which
are stronger than the OEM mount itself. Lastly, the
kit adds .125" thick frame bracing plates. Properly
installed, both the frame and mount are stronger than
original. In the unlikely event that one of the shock mounting
bolts were to break, the repair could be completed in minutes
using hand tools.

eliminates flex and reinforces the weakest point of the frame.
Eliminates torque steer with high-torque engines and reduces
engine vibration through the frame.

wheelbase; large-diameter inverted fork legs with 5"+
suspension travel, 220mm disc brake (includes
disc, twin-piston caliper, flex line, master cylinder
w/reservoir and lever) Retains the OEM folding bars
(K1-`78 type) Includes speedo drive, tapered headset bearings,
axle & spacers, billet wheel star and disc brake hub;
can use OEM CT70 wheel or G-Craft alluminum in 2.75" or 3.50"
width. Preload adjusters (optional) allow fine-tuning for
rider weight, preference and terrain. Extend the
capabilities of your bike into true on/offroad and a ride
quality beyond anything you've ever experienced in a bike this
